LITERARY CLUB FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2017-18

- Students will be made to know about the authors and the poets in each language.
- Encourage the students to write stories and poems on their own.
- Make a habit to the children to read books belonging to Literature / Poems / Biographies / Autobiographies etc.

SOCIAL SERVICE CLUB FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2017-18
- Managed by the Mathematics Department
- To bring awareness in the children about the need and extend our helping hands to the people in need.
- Club collects Money, Books, Clothes, Stationary items, Groceries etc to donate to the people in need.
- Social Service club raised funds and donated to the Prime Minister Relief Fund for Uttarakhand tragedy, HudHud Cyclone, Nepal Earthquake etc.

Guidelines for the Clubs :
• Each Club will have the students from VI to X class.
• Every child will be allotted one club [ Choice is given to the child ].
• The teachers will have the list of all the students enrolled in this clubs in a register and attendance will be taken in the club assembly.
• The following members are nominated and elected by each club.

• Vice − president.
• Secretary.
• Treasurer.
• Reporter.
• Members.
